Blair Kilpatrick is an American psychologist, folk musician and writer. She grew up in Cleveland, a U.S. city that claims to have the world’s largest population of Slovenian emigrants and their descendants. These days, she lives near San Francisco with her husband and two cats. Her first book, "Accordion Dreams: A Journey into Cajun and Creole Music," was published by the University Press of Mississippi in 2009. She is working on a new book about her half-Slovenian roots. commentaries and documentations from Kosovo and the world.
Kosovo 2.0 aims to fill in the information gap through a portal website that consistently documents and promotes the Kosovar youth,
and a magazine that timely captures the rising generation of decision-makers in their current, ever-changing environment.
Kosovo 2.0 will be the first state of affairs magazine that engages Kosovars in creating the framework and image
