Martin Wählisch is an international lawyer and Senior Researcher at the Center for Peace Mediation/ Institute for Conflict Management at the European University Viadrina and the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance, currently based in Pristina, Kosovo.
Behar Xharra is the Empedocle Maffia Fellow at the Center for International Conflict Resolution, Columbia University. He has been working on governmental and non-governmental affairs for the past several years in Kosovo, previously with the Agency for European Integration at the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo and as a UNDP Senior Expert for Millennium Development Goals in Kosovo.
For the last year, both have been lead researchers in the Kosovo Public Diplomacy research project of Friedrich-Ebert Foundation in Pristina.
Kosovo 2.0 is a Supreme Network Site that will serve as an interactive generator of stories,
commentaries and documentations from Kosovo and the world.
Kosovo 2.0 aims to fill in the information gap through a portal website that consistently documents and promotes the Kosovar youth,
and a magazine that timely captures the rising generation of decision-makers in their current, ever-changing environment.
Kosovo 2.0 will be the first state of affairs magazine that engages Kosovars in creating the framework and image
