Kosovo 2.0 is looking for a Space Coordinator to join our team as we continue to expand our community presence through events and the K2.0 Hub. This role includes supporting daily operations, helping organize events, welcoming visitors and supporting sales.

You will work closely with the Community Manager and provide essential support in ensuring the space runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, flexible and excited about making our space a hub of community activity.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the K2.0 events space
Handle sales at the counter, including K2.0 publications and bar items
Track and document stock levels for both publications and bar supplies and prepare regular sales and inventory reports
Maintain organized records of visitors, sales and events for internal reporting
Keep inventory organized and updated and coordinate restocks with the Community Manager
Take the lead on space setup and event logistics, including coordination with sound operators, refreshment providers, catering services and other collaborators
Ensure that the space remains clean, functional and welcoming for all visitors and collaborators

Bring creative ideas for developing K2.0’s physical presence through events and in-store engagement
Be organized, self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Be flexible and ready to support with tasks as needed, including unexpected or last-minute needs
Represent K2.0 with professionalism at all times

Required Skills and Experience (or willingness to learn on the job):

Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality or community space coordination
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests, customers and collaborators
Solid communication skills in both Albanian and English
Comfortable with basic tools such as Google Docs and Google Drive
Confident in using or learning basic audio/sound equipment (microphones, speakers, etc.)
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
